Terms of Service

cosmos.zone ("we", "us", the "Service") is an independent catalog and rating site for NFT collections on Stargaze, the Cosmos SDK NFT marketplace. It is not operated, endorsed, or affiliated with Stargaze or any collection creator it lists.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service provides: a browsable catalog of NFT collections with floor price and market data synced from Stargaze; collection ratings combining automated market factors and human reviewer judgment; community-editable collection articles and comment threads; user accounts with direct messaging between members; a forum; a process to request an appraisal of a piece from our team; and crowd-sourced ATOM price valuations on admin-curated tokens.

Any part of the Service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

Using the Service requires a device with an up-to-date web browser, JavaScript enabled, and a working internet connection. Creating an account requires a valid email address you control.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, without refund of any value that isn't monetary in nature (the Service does not charge for accounts).

You may not post content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to share — this applies to comments, forum posts, direct messages, profile content, and proposed edits to collection articles.

You keep ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to display it on the Service for as long as it remains posted. We may remove content or edit collection articles at our discretion, including via our editors and admins.

Collection ratings, appraisal responses, and crowd-sourced token valuations reflect the judgment of our team and community at a point in time. They are not financial, investment, or legal advice, and we don't guarantee their accuracy or that they'll match what you could realize in a sale or trade.

Floor prices, market caps, and other market data are synced periodically from Stargaze and may be delayed or out of date.

If something's wrong — a bug, a moderation decision you want reviewed, unlawful content you've spotted — message our team through the Service or write to contact@cosmos.zone. We aim to respond within 14 days.

The Service is provided "as is," without uptime or accuracy guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from decisions made based on content, ratings, appraisals, or valuations on the Service.

We process personal data (such as your email and messages) to operate the Service. Details will be set out in a separate Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the new version. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
