Yield Crocs

Yield Crocs are one of GATA HUB's longest-running experiments in NFTfi.

Launched as a 10,000-piece collection, Yield Crocs brought together collectible art, rarity-based rewards, deflationary mechanics, and community participation. The collection originally launched on Omniflix and has since moved to Stargaze, continuing its place within the wider GATA ecosystem.

Each Croc belongs to one of five skin tiers, with rarity playing a role in its original reward model. The collection was designed around the idea that an NFT could have an economic life beyond simply being bought and sold.

From Epochs to GATA Reward Hub

Yield Crocs originally received recurring rewards through GATA's epoch distribution system. Over its historical distribution period, the collection received rewards in $PHOTON, $yGATA, and $SOL, with the complete record preserved as part of GATA's distribution history.

With the launch of the GATA Reward Hub, the way holders participate has evolved.

Rewards are now handled through the Reward Hub, where GATA NFT holders can connect their wallet, track their participation, and claim available rewards through the app. The Reward Hub brings GATA's collections, delegations, loyalty system, rewards, and raffles into one experience.

Crocs that participate

The collection's deflationary and raffle mechanics have also moved into the Reward Hub.

Holders can participate in the current raffle system by using eligible NFTs to obtain raffle tickets, while rewards are claimed directly through the app. The system creates a more unified experience across GATA's collections rather than maintaining separate reward systems for each NFT series.

The original Yield Crocs model remains an important part of the collection's history, but its story doesn't end with the last epoch.

The mechanics evolved. The Crocs stayed.

Today, Yield Crocs are part of a broader GATA ecosystem where NFTs are connected to participation, rewards, loyalty, and community activity.
